What does Zepbound (and the myzepbound Savings Card) cost in Canada right now?
Two things trip people up when they search for the "MyZepbound card" in Canada. First, Zepbound is made by Eli Lilly, not Novo Nordisk — Novo makes Ozempic and Wegovy, but Zepbound (tirzepatide) is a Lilly product, so any Novo Nordisk savings program does not apply to it. Second, the US "Zepbound Savings Card" you may have seen referenced online — a $25/$299/$499 copay card at zepbound.lilly.com/savings — requires US residency and US commercial insurance and does not work in Canada. Eli Lilly Canada runs a separate, Canada-only program called myzepbound, described below. As of {date}, our tracked pharmacy prices for Zepbound in Canada span {low} to {high} per pen across {n} verified pharmacies — see the live table below for the current numbers by province.
The myzepbound program (myzepbound.ca) is described by Lilly Canada as "a patient support program." Its published components are a Savings Card that, in Lilly's own wording, "works just like any private insurance card and can be used with or without another plan"; help navigating reimbursement and prior-authorization paperwork with private and public insurers; and digital lifestyle resources. Lilly Canada does not publish a fixed dollar amount or discount percentage for the Savings Card, so we do not quote one here — contact the program directly at 1-833-382-8639 (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET) or enroll at myzepbound.ca for current details. On eligibility, Lilly Canada states: "Program services are available to Canadian residents only and are subject to change. Eligibility is assessed at enrollment and reviewed on an ongoing basis."
If you take Mounjaro (tirzepatide, also from Eli Lilly, approved for a different indication) rather than Zepbound, the equivalent Canadian support program is mymounjaro.ca — see our Mounjaro cost guide for that pricing separately. Whether or not you enroll in myzepbound, your private drug plan may already offer coverage — check your plan's formulary or ask your pharmacist to run a quote against your insurance card; we do not have visibility into individual plan reimbursement. The prices in the table below are verified cash (non-insurance) prices, useful as a baseline either way — see our verification methodology for how we confirm each entry.
