The $149 headline — and the number nobody explains
Felix advertises generic semaglutide at $149/month, and for the starting doses that's exactly what you pay. But semaglutide is a titration drug: most patients start at 0.25 mg and step up over several months toward a maintenance dose. Felix's $149 price covers the 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0 mg pens. The higher maintenance strengths — 1.25/1.5 mg and 2.0 mg — require two pens per month and cost $286–$298.
Neither number is hidden, but the difference matters for budgeting. If your prescriber takes you to a 2.0 mg maintenance dose, a realistic first year looks like roughly $149/month for the early months and about $298/month once you're at maintenance — not $149 × 12.

The Ozempic wrinkle: brand at generic prices
Here's the counterintuitive part. Brand-name Ozempic through Felix lists at about $324 per pen — but with the innoviCares patient support program applied, it comes down to $149. The same price as the generic. The generic, meanwhile, has no patient support program, so $149 is its floor.
If you and your prescriber are choosing between brand and generic at the same dose, the PSP can erase the price difference entirely at starting doses. This is exactly the kind of thing worth asking about during your intake.
