Prices differ by pen strength, by pharmacy, and by province, since each pharmacy sets its own dispensing fee and markup on top of the drug cost. Beyond our own verified pharmacy prices, Novo Nordisk has separately announced program price changes for Wegovy: our March 2026 coverage reported a cut to the cash price to roughly $349 a month, and our April 2026 coverage reported an introductory program price of around $149 a month, with a scheduled price change later in the year.
