The $149 headline — and the number nobody explains
Felix lists generic semaglutide at $149 per pen for the 0.25, 0.5 and 1 mg strengths. But semaglutide is a titration drug: most patients start at 0.25 mg and step up over several months toward a maintenance dose. The higher strengths are sold as two pens and cost $286 to $298.
Neither number is hidden, but the difference matters for budgeting. At a 2 mg maintenance dose, Felix's price is $286 for two pens, not $149 for one.

According to Felix's Chief Pharmacy Officer, Tracey Phillips, the price is all-inclusive:

There is no subscription, no commitment, and no minimum term — you apply, a healthcare provider evaluates whether the medication is clinically appropriate (approval is not guaranteed), you pay before treatment starts, and you can leave at any time.

The Ozempic wrinkle: brand at generic prices
Here's the counterintuitive part. Brand-name Ozempic through Felix lists at about $324 per pen — but with the innoviCares patient support program applied, it comes down to $149. The same price as the generic. The generic, meanwhile, has no patient support program, so $149 is its floor.
If you and your prescriber are choosing between brand and generic at the same dose, the PSP can erase the price difference entirely at starting doses. This is exactly the kind of thing worth asking about during your intake.
