MOUNJARO (tirzepatide injection) is indicated for once-weekly administration as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control for the treatment of adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

If you miss a dose

If within 4 days

If a dose is missed, administer as soon as possible within 4 days (96 hours) after the missed dose. Resume the regular once-weekly dosing schedule.

If outside 4 days

If more than 4 days have passed, skip the missed dose and administer the next dose on the regularly scheduled day. Resume the regular once-weekly dosing schedule.
