Three products have been approved by Health Canada: Dr. Reddy's (April 28, 2026) and Apotex's Apo-Semaglutide Injection (May 1, 2026), which reference Ozempic, plus Sevmia (Apotex) — the first generic referencing Wegovy — on June 29, 2026. Apo-Semaglutide pharmacy prices are on file at Costco Pharmacy (AB, BC, ON, QC), No Frills Pharmacy (AB), Sherwood Co-op Pharmacy (SK) and Shoppers Drug Mart (AB); Felix offers it at a $149/month flat rate. Novo Nordisk has also launched authorized generics: Plosbrio (equivalent to Ozempic) and Poviztra (equivalent to Wegovy).
